Most of the people we work with are moving up. They bought a starter home a few years ago, built some equity, and now they're ready for what's next. That transition comes with real logistical questions, like how to time a sale against a purchase without getting stuck in between, and we've spent a lot of time getting good at solving exactly that problem.
